Absolutely. LMH does not cover the following design work: 

• Website Design & Development: Full website design (especially involving coding, user experience, or development), beyond providing simple web design or banners.

• Complex Illustrations or Custom Art: Hand-drawn or highly detailed illustrations, comics, or custom artwork that requires significant creative effort and time.

• App UI/UX Design: Designing complete user interfaces and experiences for mobile apps, which often requires ongoing user feedback, prototyping, and testing.

• Video Production: While video editing is included in the higher tiers, full-scale video production, motion graphics, or animation (beyond basic edits or cuts) might be excluded due to the time and effort involved. 

• Extensive Copywriting Services: Although some essential text placement may be included, full-scale copywriting or content creation might be better suited to a different service.

• Document Design (Medical Forms, Contracts, etc.): Design or layout of extensive documents, such as medical forms, contracts, or complex legal paperwork that requires a high degree of precision and formatting.

Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you sign up, use the service for 21 days, and then pause your subscription. This means the billing cycle will be paused, and the next time you request services, your billing cycle will resume on the day you unpaused your account.
